Zeee SDL-9543125 is a very popular 2S 7.4V 50C 5200 mAh lithium polymer battery, often used in 1/8 and 1/10 RC cars and trucks, but also other RC toys like RC airplanes, RC helicopters, RC boats, drones, etc.

Zeee SDL-9543125 2S 7.4V 50C 5200mAh Lipo Battery features a 2S1P configuration and comes with a Deans T connector/plug and JST-XH plug. Although it is a Lipo battery, Zeee SDL-9543125 features a hard case for increased protection.

Zeee 2S 7.4V 50C 5200 mAh Lipo Battery Features and Specifications

Zeee SDL-9543125 battery features 2 (two) 3.7V 5200 mAh Lipo cells connected in series (2S1P configuration) ensuring nominal voltage of 7.4 volts and total stored energy of ~38 Wh.

The maximum current is 50C (~260 Amps) ensuring excellent performances of 1/8 and 1/10 compatible RC vehicles.

Physical dimensions of the Zeee SDL-9543125 2S 7.4V 50C 5200 mAh Lipo battery are (L x W x H) 5.43 x 1.85 x 0.98 inches (13.8 x 4.7 x 2.5 cm) and it weighs ~0.55 pounds (~250g) ensuring energy density of ~69 Wh/pound (~152 Wh/kg).

The battery comes with the Deans T plug and JST-XH plug - it is highly recommended to charge the battery with 0.5-1.0C current using a 2S Lipo balance charger with overcharge/overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection.

Personally, any new lithium polymer battery should be cycled at home first by charging it to 100% charge and then discharging it by gradually increasing Depth of Discharge (DoD), for example down to 25% DoD, 50% DoD and 75% DoD - these 3-4 initial cycles are not always necessary, but just in case...

If the battery is not regularly charged using balance chargers, and if the battery after some time starts to lose capacity quickly, it is a good practice to charge/discharge it few times using a balance charger with a discharge feature.

Personally, with the current price of good balance chargers, it is a good practice to have at least one ready to be used at a moment's notice.
