BALDR 330 Portable Power Station Features and Specifications

BALDR 330 is a rather compact and lightweight unit, considering its output power, energy stored and all the features it packs - its physical dimensions are (L x W x H) 8 x 6 x 6.5 inches (~20.3 x 15.3 x 16.5 cm) and it weighs 7.6 pounds (~3.45 kg).

The unit appears rather boxy - the top of the unit includes a foldable handle and 5W wireless charger, while the front panel includes 2W LED light, LCD display, control buttons, and input/output ports.

Edges of the body are made of rubberized plastic and can absorb the mechanical impacts rather well - this is an excellent feature, but don't abuse it :)

The foldable handle allows the user to carry the unit to shorter distances, while its dimensions allow the user to carry it easily in the backpack, although its 7.6 pounds will no go unnoticed, especially to longer distances.

Energy is stored using 18650 lithium-ion batteries, with a total of 297 Wh (82.5 Ah, 3.6 V) of stored energy.

The life expectancy of the batteries is ~500 cycles with the capacity drop to ~85% of the nominal capacity, although this depends on the BALDR 330 type of use (how quickly the batteries are being discharged), unit's care, local temperature, and similar.

Lithium-ion batteries feature a relatively small self-discharge rate, but nonetheless, it is recommended to recharge the stored unit every 3 months - this ensures that if the unit is required in an emergency, it will be 'almost' fully charged and ready to use.

BALDR 330 is rated at 330 watts (hence the '330' is part of the label), with the surge power of 700 watts.

Output ports include one 110V AC port (110V ±10%, 60Hz, pure sine wave form with 3% THD max.), one USB-C port, three USB QC3.0 ports, two 12V 5A DC ports, and one 12V 10A cigarette lighter port.

Thanks to the (almost) pure sine wave form of its AC port, BALDR 330 is able to power sensitive electronics, including laptops, TVs, gaming stations, and similar - for example, it can power 60W TV for up to 4 hours. baldr 330 power station 2

LCD display shows all relevant information about the unit, including battery charge status, unit's power charging power (max. 52 watts), DC power output and AC power output.

How to Charge BALDR 330?

There are several way of charging the BALDR 330, including:

- wall charger is included and it may fully recharge the BALDR 330 in about 5-6 hours,

- car 12V port charger is also included and it may fully recharge the unit in 7-8 hours, just be sure that such charging does NOT discharge the car battery. After all, BALDR 330 stores 297 Wh of energy, and that is 25Ah @12V in ideal conditions. In real life, it is more closely to 30Ah @12V. For short, if your BALDR 330 is fully empty and You want to recharge it using a car 12V port charger, do it while driving. IMHO of course.

- any 60-120W compatible 12 - 24V (up to 4 Amps, 52W max.) solar panel (NOT included) that features an 8 mm charging plug (or compatible adapter) may be used for solar charging of the BALDR 330 portable power station. Depending on the weather conditions, solar panel orientation, season, and similar, solar panel can recharge the BALDR 330 5-6+ hours.

Note: People living in sunny areas with clear sky can consider TogoPower TSP-60F (60W) or similar solar panels, while others should consider TogoPower TSP-120F (120W) or similar solar panels.

BALDR 330 Portable Power Station comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
