Bluetti AC200P is a larger, heavy, but also sturdy, powerful, and rather versatile power station/solar generator and one of the most sought-after power stations on the market in its class.
Bluetti AC200P features large and powerful Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, MPPT charger controller that supports various charging methods, 17(!) output ports ranging from a pair of wireless charging pads to pure-sine outlets.

Bluetti AC200P Features and Specifications
The Bluetti AC200P features large Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery which is able to store up to 2000Wh of energy and is able to provide up to 2000W continuously, up to 2500W for two minutes, and to provide 4800 surge watts, making it ideal for camping, fishing, and any similar off-the-grid trip.
When combined with solar panels, the Bluetti AC200P allows the user to power some appliances practically around the clock day and night.
And unlike power generators that MUST operate outside, power station/solar generators like Bluetti AC200P can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The Bluetti AC200P features physical dimensions of (L x W x H) 16.5 x 11 x 15.2 inches (~42 x 28 x 38.6 cm) and it weighs 60.6 pounds (~27.5 kg).
As one can see, Bluetti AC200P is anything but a small and lightweight unit.
The unit features two integrated handles on top, allowing one adult to carry the unit to shorter distances.
If required, a custom trolley can be ordered from the manufacturer to aid with transporting the unit - personally, two adults can carry it easily, but if required, the trolley can come in very handy.
The Bluetti AC200P is made of aluminum and tough flame-retardant ABS plastic and it looks rather stylish.
The Bluetti AC200P features an excellent LCD touch screen, allowing the user to quickly and easily check the current condition of the unit and to set it according to the current needs.
LCD screen displays the charging power and the power in use, battery's remaining charge, and let the user access various settings in order to enable or disable various options.
According to the manufacturer, in order to prolong the lifetime of the LCD screen, it should not be exposed to direct sunlight very often.
Personally, when the LCD screen is exposed to direct sunlight, menus and other displayed information are more difficult to see - one more reason to avoid direct sunlight.
Note: Since the operating temperature of the Bluetti AC200P is 32°-104°F (0°-40°C), keep the unit in shade during sunny days, especially during warmer days.
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Battery
The Bluetti AC200P comes with large Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, which is able to store ~2000Wh of energy and release it when required.
Although LiFePO4 battery chemistry is practically the safest lithium battery chemistry, the Bluetti AC200P comes with an advanced Battery Management System which keeps the battery voltage between 41.5 and 58.4 volts, ensures short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection (@70 Amps), low/high-temperature protection, and similar.
The nominal capacity of the battery is ~40Ah and the nominal voltage is 51.2 volts (16 x 3.2V), which is equivalent to 12V and ~167Ah.
The battery is designed to withstand 3500(!) charging/discharging cycles, while still retaining ~80% of the initial capacity.
Note: actual number of cycles depends on the storage/use temperature, charging/discharging current, and similar. But with similar power stations supporting max. 500-1000 charging/discharging cycles, this is a large leap forward in a number of cycles.
In order to prolong the battery's lifetime, during use, the battery is discharged down to 90% DoD.
Thanks to its 2000Wh battery and power electronics that feature an efficiency of ~88%, the Bluetti AC200P is able on average to power:

1200W MPPT Charge Controller
The Bluetti AC200P power station/solar generator comes with an advanced MPPT charge controller featuring maximum power of 1200W, allowing the user to quickly recharge the battery.
Also, the MPPT controller allows the user to combine several charging methods in order to recharge the unit - not many power stations support such charging.
And the best of all is that the Bluetti AC200P supports the pass-through charging - the unit can be recharged (for example, with solar panels) and provide power for various loads at the same time.
Note: when the pass-through charging is commonly used, there is a possibility that the battery is never fully recharged due to the loads being applied during charging. In order to prolong the lifetime of the battery, be sure to recharge the battery completely once a month when the unit is used regularly and once every 3-6 months when the unit is being stored.
5+ Ways of Charging
The Bluetti AC200P power station supports 5 different charging methods, some of which can be even combined in order to shorten the charging time.
These charging methods include AC adapter, car charger, solar panels, using power generators or lead-acid batteries.
Charging times depend on the charging method.
AC Adapter (One Included): 500W (5.5h), 2x500W (3h)
Bluetti AC200P comes with one 500W AC wall adapter which allows the user to recharge the unit in ~5.5h.
However, the Bluetti AC200P power station can be recharged using two AC adapters simultaneously, which shortens the charging time down to ~3 hours.
Note that the Bluetti AC200P comes with only one 500W wall adapter - in order to charge the unit with the two wall adapters, the user must order an additional 500W adapter and one DC7909 to XT90 cable.
One wall adapter is enough for most situations, but when the mains power comes and goes and when the unit must be recharged as quickly as possible, two wall adapters are highly recommended.
Car Charger (Included): 12V/24V (20/10h)
A car 12V port can also be used to recharge the Bluetti AC200P, just be aware that such charging may last since such ports are usually limited to 10 Amps.
When the Bluetti AC200P is recharged using a car 12V port, it takes 18-20 hours to fully recharge the battery using 12V and up to 9-10 hours when using 24V.
Obviously, a car charger should be used to recharge the Bluetti AC200P when on the road - regular charging using a car charger simply requires too much time and fuel.
But, if absolutely required, don't forget that this option is also available.
Solar Panels (Not included): 35-150V, max. 700W, max 12A; 3-9 hours, depending on the configuration
The Bluetti AC200P power station comes with a 1200W MPPT charge controller that accepts solar panels input of 35-150V, with a maximum of 12A and 700W.
The Bluetti AC200P accepts ANY solar panel that features Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) between 35 and 150 volts and has an MC4 connector - if the solar panel features, for example, Anderson connector, the simplest thing to do is to get an Anderson to MC4 charging cable.
If You don't have solar panels and would like to use them to charge the Bluetti AC200P while being off the grid, the best thing to do is to go for Bluetti SP120 (120W) or Bluetti SP200 (200W) solar panels.
In order to recharge the Bluetti AC200P with Bluetti SP120/SP200 solar panels, at least three (3) and at most (5) of these panels must be connected in series.
Charging times directly depend on the number of solar panels, their output power, and weather conditions. Generally, charging times using solar panels are:
- 3x SP120: 8-9 hours,
- 4x SP120: 6-7 hours,
- 5x SP120: 5-6 hours,
- 3x SP200: 5-6 hours,
- 4x SP200: 4-5 hours,
- 5x SP200: 3-4 hours.
If only one or two SP120 or SP200 solar panels are used, the unit may trigger under-voltage charging protection, and if 6 or more panels are used, the unit may trigger overvoltage protection.
Anyway, it is important to know that the unit may accept only 700W of power from the solar panels - if You are having 5x SP200 (200W) solar panels, their theoretical output power in ideal conditions is 1000W, but in real life, it is closer to 600-700W.
Personally, if You intend to charge the Bluetti AC200P with solar panels, go for three (3) SP200 (200W) solar panels and if more power/energy is required, get one or two more later.
Bluetti SP200 (200W) solar panels are foldable solar panels based on the monocrystalline silicon cells featuring 23% efficiency, they are scratch-proof and easy to clean.
Also, their working voltage is ~19.8V, and OCV is ~24V. Their short circuit current is ~6.66A.
Theoretically, two SP200 solar panels connected in series may provide 35+ volts, but such configuration may trigger too many under-voltage alarms.
Bluetti SP200 (200W) solar panels and foldable and easy to carry. When folded, their physical dimensions are 20.7 x 20.5 inches (~52.5 x 52 cm) and they weigh 14.3 pounds (~6.5 kg).
When unfolded, Bluetti SP200 (200W) solar panels feature physical dimensions of 86.6 x 20.5 inches (~220 x 52 cm).
Additional features of the Bluetti SP200 (200W) solar panels include kickstands (allowing the panels to be easily set at a certain angle) and hanging rings (allowing the user to hang the panels at, for example, a window).
Note: Bluetti SP200 (200W) solar panels may be placed on the roof of the RV, but only when the RV is parked, not while driving!
When five Bluetti SP200 (200W) solar panels are combined with the Bluetti AC200P, one may expect to collect up to 7000Wh (sometimes even more) of energy during 10-12h of daylight of which 2000Wh may be stored in the internal battery of the Bluetti AC200P for night use.
Also, such combination weighs ~132 pounds (~60 kg), which is not much for such power/energy levels.

Power Generator (Not included): gasoline, propane, or diesel (3-6 hours)
Power generators may be used to recharge the Bluetti SP200A power station.
Charging is rather simple: start the engine of the power generator, let it warm up, connect the 500W wall charging adapter to the power station and power generator and that is it.
If the power generator supports 1000+ Running Watts and features two wall power sockets and You also have an additional wall charging adapter with the required additional (but not included by default) DC7909 to XT90 charging cable, You can recharge the Bluetti AC200P in ~3 hours.
Note: unlike power stations/solar generators which may be used both outdoors and indoors, power generators may be used only outside since they release dangerous fumes which contain toxic Carbon Monoxide (CO).
Most 2000W power generators may recharge Bluetti AC200P at least twice using a single fuel tank.
Lead-acid battery（max 8.2A, not included): 20 hours
Using a lead-acid battery, the Bluetti AC200P may be recharged with up to 8.2A @12V.
Although this is a lengthy method, it allows the user to recharge the Bluetti AC200P using the lead-acid battery directly, which may be later recharged using the car's alternator.
Note: although the Bluetti AC200P features an anti-over-discharge function for the lead-acid battery, don't discharge the lead-acid battery completely, or it would not be able to crank the car's engine again without recharging.
Since the Bluetti AC200P battery is able to store ~2000Wh, that is equivalent to the 12V ~170Ah battery.
Additionally, the Bluetti AC200P supports the PV (Photovoltic) + AC Adapter charging simultaneously. Since the maximum input power of the MPPT controller is 1200W, this charging method requires ~2.2 hours to fully recharge the battery.

The Bluetti AC200P features no less than 17 different power outlets, including six AC 110V Three-Prong Outlets, one DC 12V/25A Outlet, one DC 12V/10A Outlet, two DC 12V/3A Outlets, four 5V USB-A Ports, one 60W USB-C Port, and two 15W Wireless Charging Pads on top of the unit.
Thanks to such a number of different outlet ports, the Bluetti AC200P is able to power various appliances and recharge different devices simultaneously.
A very interesting feature of the Bluetti AC200P is the fact that all ports feature a rubber cover which protects them from moisture, sand, and similar.

The cooling fan has two speeds, depending on the internal temperature and the load.
